Drivers must be at least 25 years old.

Yes. Auckland is our main hub, but MotorShare vehicles can generally be driven anywhere in the North Island of New Zealand. Please note: vehicles cannot be used on race tracks, off-road, or transported on any ferry service.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking within 48 hours of confirmation, provided the booking was made more than 5 days before the scheduled pickup.

Last-minute bookings made within 5 days of pickup are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

We accept major credit and debit cards, internet banking, and cryptocurrency for MotorShare memberships and experiences.

The insurance excess (your financial liability) depends on the vehicle you choose. During the booking process, you can reduce your excess by selecting one of the available excess reduction options.

All insurance and excess options for each vehicle are clearly displayed at the top of the vehicle page before booking.

Yes. You can add one additional approved driver to your booking.

This option is available during checkout and comes with an additional fee.
