Fleet Day 2025 in Hamilton was nothing short of spectacular, and for Motorshare, it was the perfect opportunity to showcase our passion for exotic and luxury vehicles. Held at the Mystery Creek Events Centre on 30th July, the event brought together over 1,500 fleet professionals, 70+ exhibitors, and world-class speakers for a full day of innovation, learning, and networking.
We didn’t just attend; we brought the adrenaline. Motorshare’s fleet turned heads all day, offering visitors an unforgettable experience in some of the most exclusive vehicles on the market:
Attendees were thrilled to hop into these cars for passenger rides around the event, exclaiming things like: "Finally, cars you actually get to sit in!" and "I warned my colleagues, this is unreal!" The smiles on everyone’s faces were priceless – proof that nothing engages people more than experiencing cars they’ve only dreamed about.
Fleet Day wasn’t just about the cars. Kiwi rally champion Hayden Paddon and former All Blacks captain Sam Cane delivered insights that resonated with every fleet professional: balancing performance with safety, teamwork under pressure, and the “1% difference” that makes all the difference in any operation. Their combined fireside chat reminded everyone that peak performance is a mix of preparation, culture, and resilience.
The Waikato Regional Council used Fleet Day to highlight the Safe System approach, focusing on reducing death and serious injury by improving road design, vehicle standards, and speed management. From road safety education materials to demonstrations, the council made sure the message was clear: safety is not a cost, it’s the foundation of performance.
Aside from the talks, attendees could experience hands-on action:
Fleet Day 2025 proved once again that the fleet industry thrives on collaboration. Exhibitors, fleet managers, and speakers mingled, shared insights, and formed new connections – all while exploring the latest in fleet technology and sustainability. From discussions on EV adoption to implementing safe fleet cultures, the human element remained at the core of the event.
Fleet Day isn’t just a conference; it’s an experience. With lessons on safety, innovation, and performance, attendees left inspired and ready to apply these insights in their own operations. Motorshare is proud to have been part of this first edition, bringing our supercars and luxury SUVs to the heart of Hamilton. We can’t wait to return next year and continue sharing our passion with the fleet community.
